We are a consultancy specialising in fintech and impact start-up advisory. 

Hi 👋🏼 I'm Simone Koo Ishikawa - grew up in South Korea 🇰🇷, educated in the US 🇺🇸 and moved to the UK 🇬🇧 in 2006 just before the Financial Crisis. I spent my career's formative years in investment banking  😭 at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and JPMorgan across trading floor, strategy, corporate finance, COO and sales roles 🤬. I then joined OakNorth, nextgen lending platform funded by Softbank, to run Customer Success 🤨 where I had lots of fun learning about start ups, agile, SaaS enterprise sales, etc 😎. Now I work with a number of early stage start-ups across fintech💸 and impact 💎and help them reach their sales, funding, team build goals - I love working with founders 💕. I am a mentor at Accenture's Fintech Innovation Lab 💥 and Unreasonable Group 🔥. I also teach / tutor 👩🏻‍🏫 at Oxford Saïd Business School and am an Honorary Fellow at Imperial College Business School 🤩. 

There are some MasterClasses coming to this website soon. I will be publishing bite-size 🍪 video content for How to be a startup Advisor, Mentor and a board member. Further down the line, I will be publishing useful content for the Founders. It's a possibility there could be some yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️and meditation 🕯️MasterClasses down the line!
